Two Gallants - My Love Won't Wait

I don’t know what it is about a two piece that gets me so excited, but for me two is the magic number.

The White Stripes, The Mess Hall, The Black Keys, Death FromAbove 1979, DZ Deathrays and now Two Gallants!

The rock duo that is Two Gallants hail from San Fran in the US and plays straight up no nonsense blues low-fi rock tunes. This tune My Love Won’t Wait is take from their latest album The Bloom And The Blight and is well worth a spin or seven.

The Black Keys - Lonely Boy

Woo Hoo The Black Keys El Camino is finally out!

It's my new favourite happy dance tune and the classic clip certainly has a lot to do for it. This was originally filmed at the lyric video but became so popular online that it was made the official clip soon after it's release.

The Black Keys just keep releasing killer album after killer album and El Camino is no exception to the rule. Loving it!

Jamie T - Salvador

Jamie T's one top geezer, who's got some solid tunes to match. The first Jamie T tune I ever came across was Salvador. I was up late watching film clips when I nothing this little kid just tearing it up. The little dude owns it, so much so it had me wondering if the kid was actually the artist (I had been drinking) of said new found tune, clearly he's not, but he's just as cool.

There's something so damn awesome about kids singing and dancing in film clips, The Black Keys clip I've featured previously does it as good as this one.

So tiny little Jamie T you are my song of the day.

The Black Keys - Tighten Up

Was considerably wasted on the couch early Saturday morning and came across this really cool new clip from one of my favourites, The Black Keys.

It's such a rad clip, I love the two kids singing and fighting over a chick. Even cooler is the Dad's just kicking back watching it all happen before the decided to step in. Bonus points when the band start punching the crap out of all the kids. Classic.
