Neil Young - Old Man

Went to the movies last night to see the new movie Due Date and it was quite funny.

In one of the reflective moments they played this tune and it got stuck in my head. Not that we ever need to be remined how awesome Neil Young is, but sometimes it's good.

This has to be one of the greatest 'reflective' songs of all time, it certainly makes you think and step back from life and take a deeper look. At the end of the day, don't we all just want someone to love us the whole day through?

I recently picked up his album Harvest for $2 at a garage sale, best $2 I ever spent.

  2. Awesome! I'm a huge fan, but never knew the story behind this song. (I assumed it was about "His" Old Man, Father). Good one Bret!
